Dr Steven Forrest and Dr Bianca Kronemann worked with Sidmouth Primary School's JLT this afternoon. This is part of an Eco Games development project with Hull University. First, the children had a map of their school, which they had to divide into zones. They then used Lego to replicate features of the school before suggesting possible environmental hazards that might affect these zones. The ideas of the children will be transformed into a game which will become a learning resource for the school. All of the children really impressed us with their thinking and team work today. Many thanks to our university colleagues for such a great afternoon.
