Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

Our Local Offer to Children with disabilities and special educational needs (SEND), and their families

At Sidmouth Primary we believe all children have individual needs, strengths and talents which should be met through a challenging, enjoyable and enriched curriculum which provides opportunities for all children to work at their own level and pace.

We recognise that any child may require additional support at some point within their learning journey. We feel it is vital to identify children needing extra support as soon as possible. This will always be done in consultation with parents, the children and, where necessary, outside agencies.

You can view our local offer here.
