West Hull Co-operative Learning Trust
Kelvin Hall School is part of the West Hull Co-operative Learning Trust, an organisation that was formed in January 2011 to share best practice between schools and their partners.
Kelvin Hall School became part of a Co-operative Learning Trust because the Governing Body believe in its core values and felt that by becoming a Trust, the school could work with other like-minded organisations to deliver these values to the children and communities of West Hull.
The Co-operative Values are:
Also running through these core values are a set of ethical values that underpin the work of all Trust members:
- Social Responsibility
- Caring for Others
Our partner schools also believe in these core values and want to work alongside us to deliver the best possible education for all our children.
Our Trust partner primary schools are Chiltern, Stepney, St George’s, Paisley and Sidmouth. In addition to our Trust partners, our Trustees include City Healthcare Partnership, Wyke College, Hull College and Hull City Council. Our Trustees work alongside us to deliver broad based community cohesion across West Hull and work towards greater parental engagement.
